We have this blessing now, where the Holy Spirit illumines our paths…. He never uses a lamp to do it either! We do live in the dark because we are now walking by faith…. We have sight in this natural world but the spiritual world is dark to us…..Except when the Holy Spirit sheds His knowledge and wisdom in our hearts so we may see what is in the spiritual world, known as the heavenlies….He illuminates our path so we will not stumble from the plans of the evil.
Hey, you do know that we are seated with our Lord in the heavenlies now….. What does that look like?—– Read the last chapter of the Book of Revelation. However, in the last chapter, all darkness has gone and we are no longer blind to the realm of the Spirit…. We will see constantly the Presence of the Holy One and we need no lamp. He is our Eternal Light and Life forever…. and darkness has flown away. All praise and honor to our God!
Until then, we live by the presence of the Holy Spirit within us, Christ in us, our hope of glory. As we continue to grow in our walk with God, our walk in the Spirit also increases. We learn to wait to hear from Him. No matter what is going on, we wait… Why? Because nothing is hidden from His sight. He sees through the darkness and the deceitful plans of evil against us and His Truth. We have to master our patience and wait….. He will always let us know of the attack and His plan, because the battle is His…. We are His.
You know the work of God is going on when the enemy is consistently trying to hinder or stop it. The Book of Nehemiah shows us that as the men of Israel were busy rebuilding the walls and the temple of God. The people of God were waking up to take their stand in God. The enemies of God were very content that the people and the work of God was abandoned and got quite agitated that the work of God was starting. God had stirred Nehemiah’s and Ezra’s heart to start raising up His people again…..Not one plan of the enemy stopped the work of God.
Are we there today in this country? Are you and I called to be a Nehemiah or an Ezra. Are we called to strengthen the broken walls, the entries that evil has free entrance into our lives, churches, neighborhoods and country? Maybe we are called to have the Spirit of Elijah? That our heart prays and repents so that the children’s hearts are pointed towards our Heavenly Father, eagerly desiring the Spirit of Christ to dwell in them.
May be we are called to be like John the Baptist, making a bold announcement to make straight the way of the Lord…. Prepare yourselves America for your God and Lord Jesus Christ…..Jesus is coming!
In His way, we are called….. to be bold, strong, and full of courage for our God and His rights as God in our lives if we call on His name. How can we do that if we have not been able to do it up to now successfully? What is missing? Or maybe we should ask Who is missing?
Jesus Christ told His disciples ( and us), to wait for the Third Person of the Trinity. The Holy Spirit is the Power on High that Jesus told His disciples He would send. They were to wait. The same message is for us too! Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today and forever, (Hebrews 13;8). His orders to His army are no different then as they are still standing for today.
All the programs and agendas of the churches in this country….. Have they helped us be the Light on a hill? Have they impacted heaven’s realm on this country? Man’s work is a tainted fountain.
The only fountain that is clear and powerful is from the throne of God. The Holy Spirit works His work through us, the only glory given is to God and His Son, Jesus Christ… He leads us so that our lives and others see Christ will be all and in all. His purpose is to help us reveal Christ in us and to the world.
Until this world folds up like a garment and tossed in the fire….. we are in a battle. We are called not to sit but stand in the strength of the Lord and His might, the Holy Spirit. Let us now repent and wait until the fire power of Headquarters comes again to renew us. We cannot be His Light without His Light in us, the Holy Spirit.
Let us join in as God’s people in Acts 4;24, So when they heard that, they raised their voice to God with one accord and said: Lord, You are God, who made heaven and earth and the sea, and all that is in them, who by the mouth of Your servant, David have said: Why did the nations rage, and the people plot vain things? The kings of the earth took their stand, and the rulers were gathered together against the Lord and against His Christ. For truly against Your holy Servant Jesus, whom You anointed, both Herod and Pontius Pilate, with the Gentiles, and the people of Israel, were gathered together to do whatever Your hand and Your purpose determined before to be done. Now, Lord, look on their threats, and grant to Your servants that will all boldness they may speak Your word, by stretching out Your hand to heal, and that signs and wonders may done through the name of Your holy Servant Jesus.
And when they had prayed, the place where they were assembled together was shaken; and they were all filled with the Holy Spirit, and they spoke the word of God with boldness.
Thank You, Father, that You hear our heart cry. We need You and all of Your Son by the power of His Spirit, so that Your will be done in Your people. Thank You that we may have the discernment what is of Your Spirit and what is man’s agenda and planning. May we be in step with Your heartbeat and Your purpose at this time for this nation. May we be attuned to plan of heaven so we may impact the earth with You! That all may know You are the only One True Living God! Amen!
Hear the Shofar of Heaven calling you to anoint you for the battle………
Selah!
One thing is for certain, we face the battlefront on our knees for sure victory.
