Littlestone was riding, though the weather was less than favorable. The ground was quite soft, so he and Aaliyah just walked through the fields in the frigid cold air and sunshine. He did not care; he had to trek up to The Meeting Place. He heard to come up here today. He obeyed….
Walking through the fields brought to Littlestone’s mind the word written…..Jesus and the disciples walked through the fields, plucking the heads of grain. He wondered why it was noted that it was the second Sabbath…. This, if he recalled correctly, was written in the Gospel of Luke, chapter 6:
Now it happened on the second Sabbath after the first that He went through the grainfields. And His disciples plucked the heads of grain and ate them, rubbing them in their hands.
He often asked why it was noted the second Sabbath. The obvious answer was that Jesus came now to be the Sabbath….. He now is our rest and our all…..Our only way to the Father God. When we have Him we have rest and peace with God and in our hearts.
But he thought still, His word is as an onion with many layers of hidden meanings and mysteries to unfold to those who seek. Why the mention of the second Sabbath?…..
The wind blew and he was reminded how the wind blows away the shaft and allows the true good wheat to be harvested for food.
He stopped Aalyiah and opened up his sack and his bible was right there.
He reached for it at the same time a wind stirred up. This strong wind was blowing as his Bible opened as if a speed reader was reading as the pages blew. The wind stopped and the pages revealed chapter 6 of Luke.
Wow, thank You, Lord. He was shocked at the correct accuracy of the opened book before him by that strong wind. He tried to act like this was normal, but his hands were shaking. He was not sure if it was the cold or what he had just witnessed by the hand of God.
He read chapter 6 of Luke and little beyond.
He saw his King was establishing His own crew now to minster to the fields. The current ones who were representing His kingdom were only pointing fault to anyone who posed a threat to their position. They were pursuing Jesus with a vengeance to rid Him from the earth.
The Light came into the world and darkness hated the light. Certain people really hurt hard the ones who bring the gospel and His light to their region. The comfort zone does not like to be toppled.
He remembered how he had spoken to some people to be a discerning factor on clean versus unclean spirits and righteous and unrighteous. Speak pointing to Him alone.
He had never been so attacked by those he thought were of the same kingdom. He had never seen such viciousness as after his talk. We are only clean by His Spirit and blood. We are only righteous by His blood and His Spirit dwelling within. As written in 1 John 5 18-21:
We know that anyone born of God does not continue to sin; the One who was born of God keeps them safe, and the evil one cannot harm them.
We know that we are children of God, and that the whole world is under the control of the evil one.
We know also that the Son of God has come and has given us understanding, so that we may know him who is true.
And we are in him who is true by being in his Son Jesus Christ. He is the true God and eternal life.
Dear children, keep yourselves from idols.
And 1 John 3:1-10: See what great love the Father has lavished on us, that we should be called children of God!
And that is what we are!
The reason the world does not know us is that it did not know him.
Dear friends, now we are children of God,
and what we will be has not yet been made known.
But we know that when Christ appears, we shall be like him, for we shall see him as he is.
All who have this hope in him purify themselves, just as he is pure.
Everyone who sins breaks the law; in fact, sin is lawlessness.
But you know that he appeared so that he might take away our sins.
And in him is no sin.
No one who lives in him keeps on sinning.
No one who continues to sin has either seen him or known him.
Dear children, do not let anyone lead you astray.
The one who does what is right is righteous, just as he is righteous.
The one who does what is sinful is of the devil,
because the devil has been sinning from the beginning.
The reason the Son of God appeared was to destroy the devil’s work.
No one who is born of God will continue to sin,
because God’s seed remains in them;
they cannot go on sinning,
because they have been born of God.
This is how we know who the children of God are
and who the children of the devil are:
Anyone who does not do what is right is not God’s child,
nor is anyone who does not love their brother and sister.
The lies and false reports against Littlestone were cruel and malicious…
Yet, He was comforted by His gentle King. He was reminded that all pursue to live a godly life will be persecuted as written in the book of Timothy.
The walk he followed in His King was very precious to Littlestone. His hearts intent was to be faithful to reveal what he was shown. He would continue to do so until He told Littlestone to stop.
He looked up to the King of all, I understand some of what You walked through on this earth.
He added, You probably still do get this treatment. I am sorry.
Thank You, I think, to be a friend of Your sufferings. I know who I am in Your eyes and how I am living before the Audience of One. I now have the marks and scars of following You as another of Yours spoke as written.
Father God, may Your will be done on this earth as it is in heaven. May the eyes of those who call on Your name have eyes to see and ears to hear.
He was being shown lately the words spoken by His messengers were very light and encouraging but not speaking from His sight and Word.
If they were from Me, the ears that hear would quit sinning and be healed as written in Jeremiah 23:18-24:
But which of them has stood in the council of the Lord
to see or to hear his word?
Who has listened and heard his word?
See, the storm of the Lord
will burst out in wrath,
a whirlwind swirling down
on the heads of the wicked.
The anger of the Lord will not turn back
until he fully accomplishes
the purposes of his heart.
In days to come
you will understand it clearly.
I did not send these prophets,
yet they have run with their message;
I did not speak to them,
yet they have prophesied.
But if they had stood in my council,
they would have proclaimed my words to my people
and would have turned them from their evil ways
and from their evil deeds.
“Am I only a God nearby,”
declares the Lord,
“and not a God far away?
Who can hide in secret places
so that I cannot see them?”
declares the Lord.
“Do not I fill heaven and earth?”
declares the Lord.
Yes Sir, said Littlestone.
Littlestone heard, who builds on a faulty foundation but those who know My Words but do not live in them and by them. If anyone abides in Me, they shall live eternally by My life. The power of My Word keeps them. My foundation shall be found in them…. I AM is I AM is found there. My heart has found My rest in mankind, My little ones who lean on Me.
How can a man build on a faulty foundation and be found standing in My Day?
Woe to those who all speak to tingle the ears as they did in the day of the false prophets.
Did not My son speak of those who reign as kings now as he himself was stoned, shipwrecked, rejected and cast out as an evil doer, when he had done no wrong but bring My face to the people?
My people do not learn from My story but repeat their folly again and again.
Did I AM speak: I AM has no place to lay My head as I walked this earth…. How much more so My little ones who carry Me with them where ever I AM sends.
Littlestone thought, I rather be clothed in Your Spirit than the clothes of finery from this world. He thought I have the True Riches right now. Thank You for hiding me in Your sight.
Oh King of All, I rather have this with You than clothed with any but Your Spirit from on high. Oh You have given me the true riches…. You have been made unto me, Your Wisdom and Righteousness and Sanctification…… I shall bow to Your name and lose all to gain You, My King.
And it came to pass on the second sabbath after the first, that he went through the corn fields; and his disciples plucked the ears of corn, and did eat, rubbing them in their hands.
And certain of the Pharisees said unto them,
Why do you do that which is not lawful to do on the sabbath days?
And Jesus answering them said, Have you not read so much as this, what David did, when himself was an hungered, and they which were with him;
How he went into the house of God, and did take and eat the shewbread, and gave also to them that were with him; which it is not lawful to eat but for the priests alone?
And he said unto them, That the Son of man is Lord also of the sabbath.
And it came to pass also on another sabbath, that he entered into the synagogue and taught: and there was a man whose right hand was withered.
And the scribes and Pharisees watched him, whether he would heal on the sabbath day; that they might find an accusation against him.
But he knew their thoughts, and said to the man which had the withered hand, Rise up, and stand forth in the midst. And he arose and stood forth.
Said Jesus unto them, I will ask you one thing; Is it lawful on the sabbath days to do good, or to do evil? to save life, or to destroy it?
And looking round about upon them all, he said unto the man, Stretch forth your hand. And he did so: and his hand was restored whole as the other.
And they were filled with madness; and communed one with another what they might do to Jesus.
And it came to pass in those days, that he went out into a mountain to pray, and continued all night in prayer to God.
And when it was day, he called unto him his disciples: and of them he chose twelve, whom also he named apostles;
Simon, (whom he also named Peter,) and Andrew his brother, James and John, Philip and Bartholomew,
Matthew and Thomas, James the son of Alphaeus, and Simon called Zelotes,
And Judas the brother of James, and Judas Iscariot, which also was the traitor.
And he came down with them, and stood in the plain, and the company of his disciples, and a great multitude of people out of all Judaea and Jerusalem, and from the sea coast of Tyre and Sidon, which came to hear him, and to be healed of their diseases;
And they that were vexed with unclean spirits: and they were healed.
And the whole multitude sought to touch him: for there went virtue out of him, and healed them all.
And he lifted up his eyes on his disciples, and said,
Blessed be you the poor: for yours is the kingdom of God.
Blessed are you that hunger now: for you shall be filled.
Blessed are you that weep now: for ye shall laugh.
Blessed are you, when men shall hate you, and when they shall separate you from their company, and shall reproach you, and cast out your name as evil, for the Son of man’s sake.
Rejoice you in that day, and leap for joy: for, behold, your reward is great in heaven: for in the like manner did their fathers unto the prophets.
But woe unto you that are rich! for you have received your consolation.
Woe unto you that are full! for you shall hunger.
Woe unto you that laugh now!
for you shall mourn and weep.
Woe unto you, when all men shall speak well of you!
for so did their fathers to the false prophets.
But I say unto you which hear, Love your enemies, do good to them which hate you,
Bless them that curse you, and pray for them which despitefully use you.
And unto him that smite you on the one cheek offer also the other; and him that take away your cloak forbid not to take your coat also.
Give to every man that ask of you; and of him that takes away your goods, do not ask for them back.
And as you would that men should do to you, do you also to them likewise.
For if you love them which love you, what thank have you?
for sinners also love those that love them.
And if you do good to them which do good to you, what thank have you?
for sinners also do even the same.
And if you lend to them of whom you hope to receive, what thank have you?
for sinners also lend to sinners, to receive as much again.
But love your enemies, and do good, and lend, hoping for nothing again;
and your reward shall be great, and you shall be the children of the Highest:
for he is kind unto the unthankful and to the evil.
Be you therefore merciful, as your Father also is merciful.
Judge not, and you shall not be judged:
condemn not, and you shall not be condemned:
forgive, and you shall be forgiven:
Give, and it shall be given unto you; good measure, pressed down, and shaken together, and running over, shall men give into your bosom.
For with the same measure that you meet with it, it shall be measured to you again.
And he spoke a parable unto them, Can the blind lead the blind?
shall they not both fall into the ditch?
The disciple is not above his master:
but every one that is perfect shall be as his master.
And why behold the mote that is in your brother’s eye, but perceive not the beam that is in your own eye?
Either how can you say to your brother,
Brother, let me pull out the mote that is in your eye, when you yourself behold not the beam that is in thine own eye?
You hypocrite, cast out first the beam out of thine own eye, and then you shall see clearly to pull out the mote that is in your brother’s eye.
For a good tree brings not forth corrupt fruit; neither does a corrupt tree bring forth good fruit.
For every tree is known by his own fruit. For of thorns men do not gather figs, nor of a bramble bush gather they grapes.
A good man out of the good treasure of his heart brings forth that which is good; and an evil man out of the evil treasure of his heart bring forth that which is evil: for of the abundance of the heart his mouth speak.
And why you call me, Lord, Lord, and do not the things which I say?
Whosoever come to me, and hear my sayings, and does them, I will show you to whom he is like:
He is like a man which built a house, and dug deep, and laid the foundation on a rock: and when the flood arose, the stream beat vehemently upon that house, and could not shake it: for it was founded upon a rock.
But he that hears, and does not, is like a man that without a foundation built an house upon the earth; against which the stream did beat vehemently, and immediately it fell; and the ruin of that house was great.
Littlestone spoke up quickly from his heart, I rather be talked as a transgressor and hear Your voice, then be with the many crowds and never hear from You.
I chose You and have died to the world.
Did I AM not say, unless you forsake all, you cannot be My disiciple?
Yes Sir, answered Littlestone.
He thought, Aliayah, thank you for being so still and napping, while He speaks. The sun was warming the field in which he had stopped to hear. It was a beautiful day, because he heard His King.
Child, she is still because I AM.
Thank You, Sir.
Many will enter into destruction by the large gate, few will find the narrow gate.
Mankind follows what their heart is after…
The gold of this world, the fame of this world or man and be known by man.
May all see their folly and set their heart to be known by I AM…..
Man ‘s fame, name and money are here today and gone tomorrow.
“No one can serve two masters. Either you will hate the one and love the other, or you will be devoted to the one and despise the other. You cannot serve both God and money.”
The Pharisees, who loved money, heard all this and were sneering at Jesus.
He said to them, “You are the ones who justify yourselves in the eyes of others, but God knows your hearts. What people value highly is detestable in God’s sight, (Luke 16:13-15).
Be known by I AM and seeking My will for their days of breath is eternal satisfaction and joy.
The disciples were rubbing the grain with their hands…..
My followers sift the truth from the false, as the wheat remains and shafts blow away through the whirlwinds.
My followers prove the truth which reveals all the ways of darkness.
They know of things they have not sought, because I AM theirs and speak to them always.
Pray for all who call on My name, to turn from their evil ways, forsake the world today and turn to I AM.
Forsake all to gain Me. May I AM know the house they are from….. I AM shall see My own as I AM.
The cross of their King should be their center and their future and their past. The cross they carry is bringing them into the high calling……
What does man think? The high calling is full of glory without the cross be embedded into their soul?
See My Way as He told Littlestone to open the Word to…….
Next Time, God Is Willing…. SELAH!!!!
