I left many questions for us to ponder in the last blog as we are studying the letter to the Laodiceans, (and us), from Jesus Christ, (chapter 3 of the Book of Revelation).

The most important question is written above…. if we get the vision of our Lord’s ever watchful eye over us, we will live according to His word and ways.  If we never get the vision of His ever knowing eyes, men’s attitudes and opinions of us will lead and guide our decisions. Sometimes that will take us right off a cliff. The proverbial: what will people think?  My answer is who cares!

The One that I die daily and live unto is My Keeper and My Maker. It is He who I hear and live unto even through the fires, the battles, the victories and the joys.  For He is ever with Me. He is the One that speaks comfort through a storm. He is the One who is My Strength through my weaknesses….. He is My All and who I wake to hear and sleep to dream about. He is the Answers to all this world’s problems, even mine. He is My Guide and Leader in all.  He is my Healer and Teacher. He is the Ever Patient One with all questions I ask Him over and over again….. He is my God, the God Almighty, the Maker of Heaven and Earth, who holds the stars in His hand and my heart. This is the One who I set my heart to hear and see and follow, for He has captured my heart with His everlasting Love…. His death, His burial, His Resurrection and Life Eternal……. He is the One who rules the nations and is the Judge of His creation……..Who is this King of glory? The Lord strong and mighty.The Lord mighty in battle. Lift up your heads, O you gates! Lift up, you everlasting doors! And the King of glory shall come in. Who is the King of glory? The Lord of hosts, He is the King of glory……   ( Psalm 24;8-10).

He is yours and mine, beloved. We cannot sell out  this King of glory for such cheap merchandise as the world’s spirit is selling to our eyes and ears….. Let us turn off the world’s ways from our view. Capture the view of heaven with our Heavenly King and the true riches of His wealth within our hearts. Let us be forever sold out for Him. May His ever watching eyes see us burn with passion for Him and His kingdom.

O Holy Spirit, please refresh us in the fire of love for Him, who there is none like in the earth or below or in all the heavens above. Let us have eyes to see the One who holds the world in His hand yet, we are precious in His sight. Let us not forsake the Love, the Truest Love that we may ever know for things that are cold and without life. Let us have eyes to see the shackles tying us to the earth by favoring things of the world more than Christ. Give us vision, or we may perish!

Give us vision of us being in the flight of eagle wings in the following of the King of glory. Let us forsake the dreams of  our selfish state fall to the ground as ashes. Give us vision to forsake all to win Christ. As we rise in His Love to the conquest of our ever searching hearts, as they find the true value and rest in Him, the Giver of Life. Then, beloved, be ready to soar with Him as we loose the shackles that bind us to the earth. Holy Spirit, please show us our hearts before the Lord. Give us the courage to turn and run into His everlasting arms for fulfillment of all our need for all our days.

As He is written about in Proverbs 30;4, Who has ascended into heaven, or descended? Who has gathered the wind in His fists? Who has bound the waters in a garment? Who has established all the ends of the earth? What is His name, and what is His Son’s name, if you know? 

We do not want to mess with a God like ours………If He sees us as naked when we have gone after the world’s riches….. Well, we can conclude that is the same mistake that Adam and Eve made…. They were deceived to get knowledge to be like God….. hence they saw their nakedness….. Do you think the baptism of fire from the Holy Spirit is what is needed? His job is to refine us into gold…. True Heavenly Gold…….into the Son of God’s image…. We couldn’t get any more white clothing than that? Huh?…..

There is a price for this costly clothing of white that our Lord desires to see on His chosen. What do you think that is needed for us to be clothed in white? The answers to this question is in the following chapters of the Book of Revelation….. however, if we are truly followers of Jesus….. we should know the answer and be living towards that way now.

Let us join in the prayer of Paul from Phillippians 3;8, Yet indeed I also count all things loss for the excellence of the knowledge of Jesus Christ, my Lord, for whom I have suffered the loss of all things, and count them as rubbish that I may gain Christ and be found in Him, not having my own righteousness, which is from the law, but that which is through faith in Christ, the righteousness which is from God by faith.

When Christ is our all, He is Great in our lives. We live great because of Him and from Him. When we take the big road, we trade the Lord and His greatness. We place ourselves on our throne on the earth and forget we already sit with Him in the heavenlies…..We are being deceived into getting the riches that are seen and are temporal versus the riches that are not seen and are eternal. Selah…..

Lord, give us eyes to see and ears to hear Your Spirit today!  So when You ask us: Who do you say that I AM? We will be prepared with the personal knowledge of the Holy One and His Son to  answer You and all the peoples with zeal. Showing You and You alone our love even unto death, of self and if need be, mortality. Amen.

To You, O King of glory, be all our praise, thanksgiving and honor. To You be all glory from Your creation. Amen and Amen.

Oh everlasting doors of our hearts, hear the King of glory knocking….. Choose to open and eat the Food that He provides for it is ever filling and ever lasting throughout all time and eternity….We will never  thirst or hunger again. In our hearts is the place He longs to dwell and take His throne of glory within…Delight to be in His greatness as we die to the world, for the world has died to us…..as He takes His rule of glory hidden within us, we then we will be granted to sit with Him on His throne that rules all.  When we die to ourselves for Christ, we gain all, because we gain Christ.

We read the last letter to the churches from Jesus Christ, the letter to the Laodiceans.  Jesus Christ presents Himself as the Faithful and True Witness, the Beginning of the creation of God in verse 14 of chapter 3. It really matters the origin or root that we are from…. What do you mean, lady?….

Well, in the Book of Gospel of John, it is written 1;12-13, But as many as received Him, to them He gave the right to become children of God, to those that believe in His name: who were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God.

Someday, only, the Father knows when this world will burn up in fire. As Peter states in 2 Peter 3;10-14, But the day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night, in which the heavens will pass away with a great noise, and the elements will melt with fervent heat; both the earth and the works that are in it will be burned up. Therefore, since all these things will be dissolved, what manner of persons ought you to be in godly conduct and godliness, looking for and hastening the coming of the day of God, because of which the heavens will be dissolved, being on fire and the elements will be dissolved with fervent heat? Nevertheless we, according to His promise, look for new heavens and a new earth in which righteousness dwells. Therefore, beloved, looking forward to these things, be diligent to be found by Him in peace, without spot and blameless…

The new heavens and new earth are where the new creation ones born from above will dwell. As it written in Hebrews 12;22-24 But you have come to Mount Zion and to the city of the living God, the heavenly Jerusalem, to an innumerable company of angels, to the general assembly and church of the firstborn who are registered in heaven, to God the Judge of all, to the spirits of just men made perfect, to Jesus the Mediator of the new covenant, and to the blood sprinkling that speaks better things than that of Abel.

As we study this letter  along with all the other exhortations, let us follow the instructions of Hebrews 12;25-29, See that you do not refuse Him who speaks. For if they did not escape who refused Him who spoke on earth, much more shall we not escape if we turn away from Him who speaks from heaven, whose voice shook the earth; but now He has promised saying, Yet once more I shake not only the earth, but also heaven.  Now this, Yet once more, indicates the removal of those things that are being shaken, as of things that are made, that the things which cannot be shaken may remain. Therefore, since we are receiving a kingdom which cannot be shaken, let us have grace, by which we may serve God acceptably with reverence and fear. For our God is a consuming fire. 

We can all stand in agreement that God is an wonderfully awesome God. Well, through His Son, the Firstborn from the dead, we live and shall live forever if we abide in His love and commands, (John 14).   We would be foolish to think that we can live on this earth once we have tasted of the goodness in His Son in His grace and mercy and sacrifice and despise His promises of our inheritance with no consequence.

Sometimes we  are deceived in the here and now. We loose the vision of the Uncreated One’s  eye that knows and shows us the end from the beginning….. We let go of heaven and touch the earthly ways.  We loose the ability to hear of His voice warning us.  What is His warning to the Laodiceans?

God had great plans for the Abraham’s lineage. Isaac was his son born by the promise of God. God wanted Abraham to know God was behind the birth of Isaac, the promise. Abraham and Sarah were too old to bear children, however, nothing is impossible with God.  God’s will was to give an inheritance through this child, Isaac. Then Isaac produced two sons, Jacob and Esau. Jacob supplanted Esau. He tricked Esau in trading his inheritance as the firstborn for stew. Now through Jacob, Israel was brought forth….. God’s plan for a nation that was  set apart for Him and His glory….. but Esau lost out to be in the greatest of God’s plan.

We have an inheritance in our Lord. This world is not our destination, it is not our home for those that call on the name of Jesus Christ.   The Apostle John saw our inheritance in his vision of heaven and the visions that the Book of Revelation speaks.  He wrote in 1 John 1;15-17, Do not love the world or the things in the world. If anyone loves the world, the love of the Father is not in him. For all that is in the world- the lust of the flesh, the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life- is not of the Father but is of the world. And the world is passing away, and the lust of it; but he who does the will of God abides forever.

I believe John is speaking from first hand experience as he saw the heavens and the earth roll up like a scroll from the face of God Almighty in the day of judgment, the Day of the Lord. It is foolish to lack the knowledge of the exhortations of the Lord. We need to have understanding of His ways so that we may humble ourselves and then turn in repentance to align ourselves with His will.

In verse 16-17, So then, because you are lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot, I will vomit you out of My mouth. Because you say, I am rich, have become wealthy, and have need of nothing- and do not know that you are wretched, miserable, poor, blind, and naked-.

This rebuke is not to the world, this is to His people, His church.  The Father has called us to be His own in Jesus Christ. Jesus Christ sees His inheritance getting tarnished by the deceit of the evil one. They fell for the lust of their eyes and flesh and the pride of life…..Did they flunk the test of temptations in their wilderness?  How are we doing in the testing in our wilderness? Just a question, how far away from His presence do you think the Lord spews out those who are lukewarm? Would you think that could be rejecting something from His body that doesn’t agree with Him? Hmmmmm…… Selah!

We have to know and learn the way of the Kingdom of God is upside down,( actually right side up), from the ways of the world. Jesus Christ spoke this in Luke 16;15, You are those who justify yourselves before men, but God knows your hearts. For what is highly esteemed among men is an abomination in the sight of God.

Choosing to be big here, we jeopardize our greatness in God’ plan. Big is just big in this world. But to be used for the greatness of God’s plan, well, that should speak for itself, …. I hope. The greatness of God’s plan and His reward is everlasting. This world’s wealth and fame is here today, and gone tomorrow, but most important to realize is that we have chosen the lesser. It is a lie  from our enemy saying we can have the best of both worlds…That is not the truth.

We missed the test if we have gone after being big here. We have gone after the fool’s gold. It looks real but alas….. it is only a mirage of the True Reality. Then we have to search out ourselves in  what means did we bow to get that fool’s gold?   What did we compromise to win the big?

Jesus Christ counsels us in verse 18-19, I counsel you to buy from Me gold refined in the fire, that you may be rich; and white garments, that you may be clothed, that the shame of your nakedness may not be revealed; and anoint your eyes with eye salve, that you may see. As many as I love, I rebuke and chasten. Therefore, be zealous and repent.

What is the gold that the Lord is speaking? Where is the eye salve? Big doesn’t work in His eyes, but us choosing the greatness of our God does….. Why does the Lord keep bringing up those white garments? Why are they so important to Him? What is the symbolic meaning of gold? Big today or the greatness of being in His plan and tomorrow’s promise of the Lord….. Choose before you today……

There may be shame and not fame.  There may be slander instead of men’s praises.There may be loss and not gain of the earth’s dross, (riches). There may be  hunger and even death from this earth yet, there is resurrection and hidden manna for us to feast on….. Which is the greater? Which is the higher way? Which is the way of the cross? Which is the way of our Lord’s?

… Too much food here to eat at one study time, we will pick up our great God’s plan up next blog…. God willing.

Selah…… To be a vessel pouring out His greatness or be big in  a moment and loose our greatest potential. There is a cost for both, which  is the wisest choice and the worthiest cost to bear? Whose eyes do we live before? God’s or men and why?

Okay, Jesus Christ has set before us an open door, and no one can shut as He spoke  to the Philadelphia church in chapter 3 of Revelation……. Do you see where the door is? Is the door  open in the spiritual realm or in the natural?  This news also means that no one on the earth or in the heavens can shut this door. So do you see it? Where is it? What does that open door mean to us and to Jesus Christ?

Okay, we know as written  in John 10; 9, Jesus states, I am the door. If anyone enters by Me, he will be saved, and will go in and out and find pasture. 

Now in verse 12, the promise to the  overcomer from Jesus Christ, He who overcomes, I will make him a pillar in the temple of My God, and he shall go out no more. I write on him the name of My God and the name of the city of My God, the New Jerusalem, which comes down out from heaven from My God. And I will write on Him My new name.  What are we to overcome here and how?  Is the answer in the open door?

So where is the door? Do you know? He is the One who has the key of David. He who opens and no one shuts, and shuts and no one opens.  Does this have to do with the kingdom of God and what is loosed in heaven is also loosed in earth and what is bound in heaven is also bound in the earth….. when His people pray in His name?

Do you think that this door has to do with our authority in prayer? As we learned before  we are to do all things through Christ. As He  strengthens us in His Spirit….. we then can complete His will here on earth regarding the Kingdom of God….. Remember, it is written in 2 Corinthians 3;17, Now the Lord is the Spirit; and where the Spirit of the Lord, is there is liberty.… From what?  Darkness, yes, darkness loses their hold  when we pray over others in bondage and even to the nations.

To think, that we have been given that authority in Jesus Christ’s name to spread His Light and knowledge of the Kingdom of God in union with Him!  We did learn that without Him we can do nothing….. So in Him we  have found pasture and comfort of the Lord, now we should pray for others that have not—-YET!  What a privilege we have in binding what is not allowed in heaven on earth and loose what is in heaven to be on this earth…. I wonder if we live  to the importance of this authority that He has bestowed on us. A life of action in prayer and if need be…  then do…. but first live by prayer and communion with God….

We can even pray for those of the saints that are in hard places for His name and help them by His name….. The saints prayed for Peter and the angel of God showed up and released Peter…..There is no limit to a life of prayer with Christ. No excuses, no need for money, or plane tickets or gas money, just a heart for their Heavenly Father’s  family and faith that He answers all prayers of His children.

Our Lord is well pleased with this church. Why?   To the One who holds the world in His hands and knows the End from the Beginning, we ask to know You and love You better…. I live to search Him out. I want to know what is important to this Great God…. You too?

The rewards from Jesus Christ in verse 12 are very awesome….. I would also point out that this is His will for His people that call on His name….. What does a pillar do in a building? Why a pillar?  What do pillars symbolize? What then are we to be as pillars?

Also notice that we do not go out anymore….. in John 10; 9, we come and go to pasture.

In this little verse our King of all kings has passed us as overcomers…..I will write on him the name of My God and the name of the city of My God, the New Jerusalem, which come down  out of heaven from My God, as Jesus Christ states in verse 12…… The word write from Strong’s concordance in Greek means describe….. Selah…… And I will write on him My new name…..Think about that word describe in place of write…..

As overcomers, we will be the description of our God. Does that mean we will be an open book , with no deceit, reflecting the unseen God?….. Do you think that is the Father’s heart and plan? Remember when Jesus told Philip in John 14; 9, Have I been with you so long, and yet you have not known Me, Philip? He who has seen Me has seen the Father; so how can you say, show us the Father?

As the Holy Spirit continues transforming us into the image of the Son of God, let us remember the inheritance that Jesus Christ died to give us. We are His inheritance and He is ours…. We get all of Him and He will seek us out until He gets all of us. Let us not resemble Esau who despised his inheritance for some stew of this earth.

Let us look to the pleasure of our King and our Heavenly Father. We are to live here as living stones/ testimony to the etchings of our God,  in and through, and all over us,  pointing to our  God, the Uncreated One. Let’s be the sharp arrow from the quiver of our King to His enemies of darkness, the impostors.

The word crown also means to spread out, be separated unto, protection.    Hey, did you notice we already have a crown?  Read verse 11. What is His purpose for us to have crowns here on earth? What are we to hold fast to so that no one take our crowns?   So there is some one after our crown? Who and why? For what purpose?

When Jesus Christ walked this earth with the 12 guys. The common people loved Him. They delighted in Him….. But the ones who didn’t, were plotting His death. Why?  They did not want Jesus to get His inheritance, us, His people.  They tried to take His crown by sending Him to His death. He never lost His crown……In His kingdom there is only one way to keep our crown…Do you know the way? Hold that  answer close to your remembrance for the days ahead. The same spirit that tried to stop Jesus Christ is still here in this age trying to stop the Spirit working through us…… The spirit of this age will lose, but we are in a battle….. We do know the end from this battle, however, there are always casualties, so let us ……Watch, stand fast in the faith, be brave, be strong , as Paul instructs us from 1 Corinthians 16;13.

We could stay on this letter for a long time…. Please take time to meditate on the rich food that is in this letter….. This church resides in our Lord’s heart…..He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches.

We all have seen broken windows or graffiti painted on the walls of churches. We all think it is so sad the lack of respect or honor towards the Lord…..Well, He looks at His house, which is us now, the church, the same way! He does not like it if we allow the graffiti of the world to be allowed to be on and in our bodies, (the walls), in our minds,( the windows). Now I am not talking about tattoos but that can be included, there are  more damaging graffiti out there that gets on or in us, that defiles the temple of God! The defilement turns us unclean before the Lord !

When God showed Ezekiel the temple and the abominations that were going on there, the Lord called that defilement of the place where He puts His name….. The same goes for us now,  we are the house of His name and Spirit. As Paul writes we are now the temple of the God….in 2 Corinthians 6;16-17, And what agreement has the temple of God with idols? For you are the temple of the living. As God has said: I will dwell with them and walk among them. I will be their God, and they shall be My people, therefore, come out from among them and be separate, says the Lord. Do not touch what is unclean and I will receive you, and you shall be My sons and daughters, says the Almighty God.

The precious Blood of Jesus cleansed us from our sins. Do we really understand the abominations of God ? What is sin from His viewpoint?  Our lives will reflect the knowledge, fear and value we have of the Lord and His house.

I see  the flow of His blood as He looks down at me from His cross with those never ending love eyes, as I look up at Him in awe. I go there often, for I am learning to see how He sees, sometimes, I think I live there in the Spirit. Is that His plan?…..Is that the heavenly place?  The lowest place for the King of all Kings is  really the Highest in the eyes of God?Hmmmm…..So if we are followers of the Lamb, what does that mean for us? Selah…..

The lives of the people of God that were committing abominations, worshiping false gods,  defiled His house in the days of Ezekiel.  They had the law from Moses for their knowledge, now we have a close and upfront personal fellowship with His Spirit….. Our lives reflect our pursuing  the knowledge of God or not….See our heart reveals our walls, windows and doors of His temple today.

What does verse  3;1 of  Revelation and Zechariah 4;6 &7 have in common? Our King presents Himself has having the Seven Spirits of God and the seven stars, (the messengers).   This salvation is by grace, grace and more grace and by the Holy Spirit.

Jesus Christ said in verse 4,  You have a FEW names even in Sardis who have not defiled their garments; and they shall walk with Me in white for they are worthy.

What are the works that are not found perfect before God as written in verse 2?  Perfect in Hebrew in Strong’s Accordance means mature or complete…..If it is written in Colossians 2;10, that we are complete in Him. We can conclude that the works are to be from the empowerment of the Holy Spirit, not of our own making and doing…

When we do a project “for” God and we can boast of it, as it were us…. that is a spot!  That is pride and independence….. Jesus Christ did not pray in John 17, that we would now be independent of Him and the Father in doing works!  No, not at all! In John 17;21,That they all may be one as You, Father, are in Me, and I in You; that they also may be one in Us, that the world  may believe that You sent Me……

Even Paul went on to say in 1 Corinthians 1;26-29, For you see your calling, brethren, that not many wise according to the flesh, not many mighty, not many noble, are called. But God has chosen the foolish things of the world to put to shame the wise, and God has chosen the weak things of the world to put to shame the things that are mighty; and the base things of the world and things which are despised God has chosen, and the things which are not, to bring to nothing the things that are, that no flesh should glory in His presence.

It is a wise way to allow the Holy Spirit to blot out our pride now, then we get blotted out from the Lamb’s Book of  Life later. We need to understand what the Holy Spirit is saying to us.

Jesus gave us clear instructions in His example in John 15;1-6, I am the true vine, and My Father is the vinedresser. Every branch in Me that does not bear fruit He takes away; and every branch that bears fruit He prunes, that it may bear more fruit. You are already clean because of the word which I have spoken to you. Abide in Me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself, unless it abides in the vine, neither can you, unless you abide in Me. I am the vine, you are the branches. He who abides in Me, and I in him, bears much fruit; for without Me you can do nothing. If anyone does not abide in Me, he is cast out as a branch and is withered; and they gather them and throw them into the fire, and they are burned.

The works that are perfect that God desires comes from union with God. As we abide in Jesus Christ, we are simply the branch. God supplies the Sap, the power of the Holy Spirit, and the fruit is eternal because it is all from God… just as our Salvation is from Him…. We can not save others only be the vessel or vine that supplies the Word and His Spirit does the work in the hearts of people…. We are in union with God as He works His work through us as we abide in Christ. He then calls the work perfect because He loves the fruit! It is all His, from the Beginning to the End. As long as we remain in Christ, we are with the One that is the Beginning and the End…. Christ will be all and in all.

We can get kicked off the team here! It is written by God! God’s rules! He said and that settles it!  It is written in red even! Look at verse 5&6, He who overcomes shall be clothed in white garments,  and I will not blot out his name from the Book of Life; but I will confess His name before My Father and before His angels.

He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches.   SELAH!!!!!

Okay….. Then Ezekiel views  through the hole very hard things that the elders and leaders of the temple were committing against God in Chapter 8 of the Book of Ezekiel. They were worshiping idols that were painted on the wall….. I guess for today, it would be the internet, maybe pornography, games or movies, even business matters…. Anything that would be a abomination to the sight of our Lord that His people are allowing in their life that is deceitful and a lie against the Truth….. as it is with the head so goes the body….

What would you do if the Holy Spirit showed up behind you one day and took you to the pews of the current day church…. and then spoke to you…… Look behind the bibles in the holder. So you obey and lift the bible out and see a pornographic magazine there,( by the way, it had a brown paper covering the pix, but the title of a magazine was seen).  You hear His sad voice say, child, this is how My people are living and they think that I do not see.

In Jeremiah 23:23,   Am I a God near at hand, says the Lord, And not a God afar off? Can anyone hide himself in secret places, so I shall not see him?, says the Lord; Do I not fill heaven and earth?, says the Lord.

Jeremiah 23; 28,  The prophet who has a dream, let him tell a dream; and he who has My word, let him speak My word faithfully. What is chaff to the wheat?, says the Lord. Is not My word like a fire?, says the Lord, and like a hammer that breaks the rock in pieces?

As we read through the letter to Thyatira from Jesus Christ, the Son of God who has eyes like a flame of fire and His feet like fine brass, are we realizing WHEN the Word of God is being manipulated to suit peoples taste buds, and a tickling to the ear?

What if we only ate dessert day in and day out…. only did what we wanted to do as children always wanting to play? What if we really ate the Word of God so that we could be mature children of God. Mature ones that discern  both good and evil as the writer of Hebrews chastises us to be.

If we ate dessert always, first of all, our teeth would rot as well as our insides. We would be good for nothing…Sort of like branches of a tree that are not producing fruit. They are so weak from lack of  healthy nutrition that they are rotten…. Rotten branches fall during a storm.

We are not to live by bread alone but by every word that proceeds from the mouth of God. If we know the Truth of the word, we will know when deception and false teaching is being taught by  false leaders; prophets, priests, apostles, pastors, teachers, evangelists, kings,  and presidents.

We will have the discernment to identify false teaching;  it is not burning me,   it is not challenging me,   it is not convicting me….. This word does not urge me to know or to love God more.

Let us put the word of God in our hearts deeply….. so when a rat comes along disguised as a person of God, we can tell a rat is a rat or a wolf is a wolf and not be deceived, even if they have a following. Remember, Satan has a great following by those chasing after signs and wonders, he can deceive by outward appearances and deceptive sweet words….to tickle the ears of the unlearned.  Satan knows the Word of God. Check out chapter 13 of Revelation.

Those that have ears to hear, hear what the Spirit is saying to our hearts today. God is love and He is jealous over His people…. We do not want to despise His word and perish.  His word is the knowledge of God illuminated by the Spirit. The word states that My people perish for lack of knowledge…. knowledge of who and what? God and His ways.

We do not want to fall into the hands of the living God. He hates those that commit adultery with Him, He is a jealous Husband…. As verse 21-23 of chapter 2 states: And I gave her time to repent of her sexual immorality and she did not repent. Indeed I will cast her into a sickbed, and those that commit adultery with her into great tribulation, unless they repent of their deeds. I will kill her children with death, and all the churches shall know that I am He who searches the minds and hearts. And I will give to each one of you according to your works.

Adultery with the Lord is worshipping another false god….. as a god. It is putting some other thing, person, habit above Him….. as first place in our lives….. That is breaking the first commandment that He gave us to live by….. We are to love Him above all else and with all we got and what we don’t have, His grace will supply to complete the command…. (my paraphrase)….. God said it and that settles it.

Our God is a great and awesome God who deserves all honor, worship and all praise for evermore from His people….. Let us have ears to hear what the Spirit is saying today to us so that we may turn from our wicked ways and then He may heal our hearts and then our land. If He seems far away, the fault is not His. Our ways against Him have built a wall of separation. The wall  is our doing, not His….. However, His blood will cleanse us from all sin, if we turn away from the sin and wickedness and ask His forgiveness……He is faithful and His love never fails!

If you study the Truth, you will know the counterfeit a mile away. Remember, God’s word lifts us up into the heavenlies, where we can see as God sees.

God’s grace is the strength of God, not to taken for granted or despised.

As Jesus Christ stated in verse 25-27, But hold fast what you have until I come. And he who overcomes, and keeps My works until the end, to him I will give power over the nations- He shall rule them with a rod of iron; they shall be dashed to pieces like a potter’s vessels’ – as I have received from My Father. 

God Almighty makes the rules and woe to the one who raises their fist to manipulate or try to change them and deceive mankind for their fame, name and gain. Selah!

As the sheep of our Lord Jesus Christ, let us only know and have ears that recognize the Lord’s words and ways….. Let us know Him, our Shepherd, above all else in our lives and be true to Him. As Jesus warned His disciples in Matthew 10;16, Behold, I send you out as sheep as in the midst of wolves. Therefore be wise as serpents and harmless as doves.

Let us be wise in the ways of God, and not be as what Forrest Gump says, stupid is as stupid does. Selah…..

Did you ever notice when you view from a high place, it is almost as if you can see forever? Why is that? Why did Paul want us to see ourselves positioned above in the heavenlies with Christ? He first told us that Christ is seated there in chapter 1.  Paul then proceeded to tell us that we are there also in the heavenlies seated with Christ in chapter 2.

Did your focus change when you read and then saw yourself seated in the heavenlies with Christ? The world’s view as well as our view of our own lives changes doesn’t it?

Well, the Holy Spirit wants us to see from the view He does…… from heaven above.  We can see from the letter sent to Pergamos that there are currently holds or ties of the world in the followers of Jesus. These ties make us bound to the earth or the worldly ways instead relying on the power of God as our Sufficiency and Refuge. We die to the world and live to Christ.   Walking in the Spirit is  trusting our God for all things. Unless…..

Our own hearts  show us our deception if we want the Lord  to make our lives full of success according to the world or even the western churches standards of success.  Selah…

Remember God did sustain the Israelites in the wilderness for forty years, even their shoes did not wear out….. His arm is not shortened now for us, in fact, with the Holy Spirit within us , our abundance of His life is without limit!  We should be choosing the higher life and cutting the ties that keep our thinking and desires earthbound……How can we bow  to accept any  means of sustenance that the world has to offer as  our highest goals or desires in this life?

The best standard of the world is as dung compared to the value of knowing and living with  our God daily in close fellowship. When God answers our prayers and we hear His voice to lead us here and warn us of this or that……How can that be measured with this earthly plain? However, we can not have both!  The Giver of all, our Great God, who gives life to the dead and who chooses now to reside within us…… or……. this earth which is beautiful because He created it but it is fallen because of man’s ways choosing to close out the God that created it!   Choosing the higher life seems to me as a no brainer here, right?

We have died to the world and the world has to died to us. We live only to Christ…. We are after His fame and His Kingdom’s growth, not our own here….. We cannot serve two masters.

We deceive ourselves greatly, if we live  what the world says to do to be okay and also do what Jesus Christ says and be okay with Him….. We will lose that battle as the Holy Spirit spoke saying to us from the One who has the sharp two-edged sword.  Jesus Christ says in verse 16 of chapter 2, Repent, or else I will come to you quickly and will fight against them with the sword of My mouth.

 We have to live by the Truth that has been given to us. God has given us the grace to carry and live by His Word, or by the sword by His mouth.

We consistently have to monitor our Food intake…. Where are we getting our comfort and satisfaction and peace?  What is the purpose of our Food….. Is it to grow us spiritually or naturally? What are we chasing or pursuing with our waking moments? We may be busy with tasks of the day, but our heart can be turned towards our God.  We can take a minute and let Him know we love Him or ask our need of Him….. Our dependence on Him in our every breath should show us, that we need Him in all things…..big and little.

Where is our view? Is it from above with our King?  Are we pursuing His rights and His heart? Are we seeking earnestly to live by every word that proceeds from the mouth of God…..

Expect great views from above revealing the lies and deceptions of the enemy….. We will be lifted up above our enemies as we partake of  the Table of Lord that is set before us…..

Peter saw as the Lord saw in Acts. Paul also saw as the Lord saw and, of course, John and many others. If the same view was available to them, cannot we partake of the hidden manna that they lived in?   Ask and keep asking…..

Remember God respects our faith. He also tests us, not tempt, but tests us to show us our heart desires. He does not do this for condemnation but for our illumination to let go of the lesser for the better….  He wants us growing in His Spirit as His Spirit will be growing in us, taking a greater reign in and through our lives.

So what is your new name that is written on the white stone that the Lord gives?   Keep asking and don’t give up….. I have seen people stand in a line for hours, even days, to get some thing that will be soon outdated or broken or for a show, rides…..

How much tenacity do we have to pursue the One we cannot see, but we believe is waiting…

How much stamina do we have to live before the Audience of One as we believe He is watching…..

How much love does the One who is watching and waiting have for His own ?

He has shown us  by stretching out His arms and dying to be with us…. We show our love by dying to the world on our little cross, so we can be with Him where He is……

So we can understand His view that He has died  and rose to share with us….. Let us have eyes to see the True Value of the Gift of God to His children……His heavenly children being made into the image of the Firstborn of the dead within them, so we can be with God forever.

Remember, as Paul wrote in Galatians 6:7-8, Do not be deceived, God is not mocked; for whatever a man sows, that he will also reap. For He who sows to His flesh will of the flesh reap corruption, but he who sows to the Spirit will of the Spirit reap everlasting choice. 

Every minute, we make a choice towards Him or away from Him. Ask for His strength or grace  to go towards Him. He is here with us.  Remember how He loves us, His beloved….. His love now resides in us to die for Him to the world and maybe this natural life…. Are we prepared to go to death for His name sake if put before us ? Selah….

The greatness of our God is that He is willing to share Himself with us, but we have to turn away from the world’s stuff that is occupying our hearts and give Him the place to grow in us the Tree of Life by His hidden manna….. Are you hungry and thirsty for His Everlasting Food?…. Do you hear the dinner bell ringing?……. Come up and get it!!!!

Is not worthy of Me. He who finds his life will lose it, and who loses his life for My sake will find it, said Jesus to His disciples and us in Matthew 10:38 & 39…..

The second letter to the church of Smyrna, the Holy Spirit is letting Jesus Christ’s followers, He is in charge. There is nothing in this universe that happens that His sovereignty is not involved…. nothing.

May we grow in the knowledge that our flesh life here on this earth is not the all! May we seek God for His Wisdom to know this life here is just a launch pad for the manifestation of our real life in Jesus Christ for all eternity…. Maybe we need to change our out  look at our life here as a school where we will be promoted or not. All  is depending on our  walk of faith in allowing the Spirit to prove  Christ’s image to manifest through us and follow His way .

Since Jesus Christ addresses us in this letter as the First and the Last, who was dead and came to life in verse 8, chapter 2. He is our Beginning and our End is in Him, and then where we begin again as a new creation in Him…..It is All in the Son and will be forever more….. May we focus on the End that God does…. Christ will be all in all….. Everything else that is not Christ won’t be……

So the Holy Spirit is diligent to prove in us the image of Christ and God allows His good to come from plans of evil….. So if we get thrown in prison or whatever adversity that the devil cooks up against us…. God will turn this trial to His good because we love Him and trust Him in all things—– right?  We may have to speak this often: Lord, my life  I commit to Your hands and trust in You regarding the outcome.

There are many saints that have laid down their lives for Jesus’ name sake and are in the process now as we live and breath free here in America…… for now……   But we better prepare our hearts and minds for persecution of that kind. We must learn to toughen up our inner man and totally weaken the flesh and its complaints against hardship….. Remember carry our cross……..

One day the opportunity may come across our door…… Do we really believe all we need is Christ?

The devil can mess with our lives and if you do not believe that then explain to me all the trials and tribulations and adversities that David, Jesus Christ, Stephen, James, Peter, Paul….. God in His sovereignty allows stuff, however, they can not touch the glory of God within us or stop the Spirit within us. The truth that our mortal body will be changed to an incorruptible body should allow us to grow in our faith and stand strong in keeping the Testimony of Jesus Christ……. The devil wants  to shut up our mouths on the Testimony of Jesus Christ and the rights that God has in His creation….. by whatever means he can.

I pray we have a heart revelation of our need to strengthen our inner man where His Spirit dwells and weaken our carnal nature. It may be that today all looks well, but a perfect garden is not promised us here. Can you see the sign of the times that there is a storm brewing….? The time is short. Let us prepare by growing in strength our hidden lives in Christ to make sure we are standing strong in Christ after the storm.

Jesus told us in Sermon On The Mount about who will be standing and who will be destroyed after the storms come,( Matthew 7). Only those who live the sayings of Christ .

Let us have our faith strengthened  as the many who were delighted they were counted worthy to suffer for Jesus’ name in the Books of Acts!

We know how it hurts our eyes when someone shines a light in the dark!  Expect a reaction as Jesus told us ! Nonetheless, keep shining Him!

Can I ask a question?

Is the salvation offered from God part of getting our ducks lined up in a row? We have a plan for our retirement, we have our funds set aside in our 401k or IRA accounts. We have our house and we can even take care of our retirement out of this world……… the salvation of God through Jesus Christ…..  Is that the way God intended His Son to be, our convenient plan?  Only maybe to be dealt with on our sick or death bed?

The Holy Spirit speaks to us what He has heard from the throne in heaven….. Our King and Savior, our First  Love, has said we have left the place that He has for us  ( actually in Him), to be where He is….. He sees us operating our salvation from the horizontal view.

Thanks Jesus, we have Your salvation. We now can handle things from here. We will continue to do things that we feel is right and comfortable to us. There are some leaders of churches say that the gifts  Jesus gives to the church  are no longer needed  (Ephesians 4;10-15).  Where is that written in the Word? As I have also heard the gifts that the Holy Spirit gives are no longer needed( 1 Corinthians 12;1-14). Where is that written in the Word? It is that 2+2=5 syndrome of man’s pride running a muck again…. We cannot change the rules or plans of God, without receiving a great penalty.

It is written in Hebrews 13;8, Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today and forever.  Jesus Christ, our King,  views us from His throne. What does He see in this generation?  Does His eyes of fire see us without vision and knowledge of the truth so that we are easily deceived and led to  perish?

It is  written in 2 Timothy 3;16-17, All Scripture is given by the inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness, that the man of God may be complete, and thoroughly equipped for every good work.

There are certain situations where the core beliefs and foundations in this country are trying to be changed and are being changed. Why should the church be upset? When the very foundations of God that has been written in the Bible by God, The Holy One, The Ancient of Days, is being changed to suit our unbelief by His people.

Jesus stated in Luke 18;7-8, And shall God not avenge His own elect who cry out day and night to Him, though He bears long with them? I tell you that He will avenge them speedily. Nevertheless, when the Son of Man comes, will He really find faith on the earth?

There was a king that threw a great party. All people came from many nations to be a part of the party.  He blessed everyone with great benefits and also established rules that are a part of His kingdom.  Everyone went home with joy of the benefits and rules. They vowed to follow Him and honor Him with their lives because they loved this King, for He was great.

Time went on,  the people’s lives went on with the business of the day. Storms came. Every body seemed to have a trouble of here and of there. They started to grumble and wanted a quick fix.  They started to complain against the King. They forgot His rules and started to make their own. They made their own because they didn’t think the King would help them or noticed any more.

Well, He noticed. What do you think the Great King will do with that treason? Hasn’t this happened before?

If I remember correctly, it did. Was it not called the fall of man? Yet, the Holy Spirit mentions in chapter 2;5, Remember therefore from where you have fallen; repent and do the first works, or else I will come to quickly and remove your lampstand from its place- unless you repent.    Hmmmm…..

Does man always repeat history of man with the same mistakes with out learning?… Selah! Didn’t we yet  learn that there is another voice  from the deceiver? An enemy of God and the King whispers in our ear an easier way. The enemy portraying an easy road for our carnal nature so that we turn away from hearing and obeying the Word of God……

Only God can give us the grace and diligence of heart to love our King, our Savior, as we should through the good and bad….and the ugly of days…..The fall of His bride from the heavenlies will not accomplish the fullness of God’s heart and plan. Another way to view,  we are His body in this walk of faith by being faithful on this earth. We are not a part of His body if we are not found in faith. We live by heaven’s rule, not by our sight, but by God’s eye and word for us.

Can you and I have  a part of our own body out of alignment with our mind and be okay? If some part of our body is out of joint, we usually stop to get this part aligned or fixed, right?

The Holy Spirit is sending a message to get back into alignment with the King, if not He will  remove our lampstand from its place.  In verse 20, chapter 1, Jesus Christ says the mystery of the seven stars which you saw in My right hand, and the seven golden lampstands: The seven stars are the angels of the seven churches, and the seven lampstands which you saw are the seven churches. 

We need to repent of our independence, then turn to be dependent on and desire for His Absolute Lordship as He  reigns over us. We ask for His mercy and grace that from today we shall live faithfully with that rule, no matter the cost. The Holy Spirit is here to enforce His reign.  The King is correcting the parts of His body that are out of joint….

Who is the Tree of Life to us? The Tree of Life is our Treasure or Prize even our life……… If we live without the Tree of Life as our Sufficiency and our Vital Need, we are out of line with the Head, the Lord Jesus Christ….. He died to give us His resurrected Life…. Life eternal, abundant forever and ever. Beloved, that resurrected Life resides in us  now…..or should be!  Let us not take the rewards of our God lightly!

Heavenly Father, forgive us and our self centered hearts towards You and Your Son, Jesus Christ. Please renew us in Your Holy Spirit of fire. Please enlighten our understanding with Your Wisdom so that we may see our true condition. May we have a courageous heart to receive Your rebuke and correction.

Give us a steadfast spirit in our inner man to remain faithful in honor and love to Your Son in this day. May we as Your Son’s bride be His voice  sounding like many waters in the wilderness crying out prepare the way of the Lord, for He is coming and all eyes shall Him.  Please hear and answer us as only You can give us the grace and love to love You our Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ, the Son of God and Your Holy Spirit as we should…. for we have no clue. In Your graciousness give us eyes to see and ears to hear what Your Holy Spirit is declaring to us. In Jesus Name, we ask this and say we love You and thank You for Your mercy and grace to us.  Amen.

May You give us the endurance to keep our eyes on our Prize, Jesus Christ, as His eyes are always on His prize, us, His Beloved. All honor and glory and praise belong to You, forever and ever…. We love You. Please increase in us the love to love You rightly as we should and burn away the dross of selfishness… in Jesus name, Amen.

Who is the Him in the first verse of chapter 1 of the Book of Revelation?

Verse 1&2 state:The Revelation of Jesus Christ, which God gave Him  to show His servants- things which most shortly take place. And He sent and signified it by His angel to His servant John, who bore witness to the word of God and to the testimony of Jesus Christ, to all things that he saw.

Well, we can go back to John 16;13, Jesus describing to the disciples: However, when He, the Spirit of Truth, has come, He will guide you in all truth; for He will not speak on His own authority, but whatever He hears He will speak; and He will tell you things to come.

So the purpose of the Holy Spirit is to reveal Jesus Christ.  Remember when Jesus asked each of the disciples … but who do you say that  I AM? Do you have ears to hear Him ask us now?- But who do you say I AM?

When we start to answer Him, the Holy Spirit is ready to reveal every aspect, character, strength, ability and purpose that He is to us…. So ask Him to give  eyes to see and ears to hear and a heart to understand that we may see as John saw this Great Savior, the I Am.

Then  we  come to understand our purpose in the revelation of Christ. If we allow the Holy Spirit to take us to the depth of the ocean  in knowledge of Him…..which has no end. Then to the heavenlies of His reign in  mercy and grace….. which as far as the east is to west for those who He chose and love Him….. We still will have only scratched the surface of knowing Him.

When the Holy Spirit rides us into the depths of God, we have some very hard, yet, wouldn’t trade moments for the world, times.   These experiences open the door to start to scratch the surface in understanding the Son of God.

I mentioned a couple of blogs back regarding Esther and the custodian she received to help her prepare for the king. So Holy Spirit is our Illuminator  to the Son of God, our King. He teaches us His ways and proves us into His likeness.

He will take us as far as we want to go into knowing the WHO the Great I Am is……..The symbolism that describes the Alpha and Omega will begin to grow in us… The more we grow in the Light will equal how far we allow the Holy Spirit to show  where our thinking and ways are still operating from darkness. We have to obey the His hands of cleansing, beautifying us for the King. As we receive the experiences and knowledge  of the True  Light of the world, then the more we understand and grow in His likeness and darkness in us flees away.

Come on get on the White Horse, the Holy Spirit, in the Book of Revelation that His army rides….. Take a ride into our God. It is not for the faint heart. The Holy Spirit wants those that seek Him with all their heart….. He wants us to mean business, that we will not stop asking until He carries us into His realm: the Truth of our God, the sufferings of our God, and  to come to the never ending love of our God.

Remember Christ will be all in all….. John witnesses in 1 John 1;1-7 That which was from the beginning, which we have heard, which we have seen with our eyes, which we have looked upon, and our hands have handled, concerning the Word of life– the life was manifested, and we have seen, and bear witness, and declare to you, that you also may have fellowship with us; and truly our fellowship is with the Father and with His Son Jesus Christ. And these things we write you that your joy may be full. This is the message which we have heard from Him and declare to you, that God is Light and in Him is no darkness at all. If we say that we have fellowship with Him, and walk in darkness , we lie and do not practice the truth. But if we walk in the light as He is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus Christ His Son cleanses us from all sin.

I can never take for granted the fellowship, our life in the Spirit, that is ours in Christ Jesus with our Heavenly Father….. Never because………verses 4-6:

Grace to you and peace from Him who is and who was and who is to come, and from the seven Spirits who are before His throne, and from Jesus Christ, the faithful witness, the first born from the dead, and ruler over the kings of the earth. To Him who loved us and washed us from our sins in His own blood, and has made us kings and priests to His God and Father, and to Him be all the glory and dominion forever and ever. Amen.

The above scriptures, beloved, really, really chew on this…. We have the open door to fellowship with Him who is and who was and who is to come, the seven Spirits who are before His throne and Jesus Christ, the Faithful Witness….. How wonderfully exciting is this life He offers us!

How incredible and unbelievable but this is our God’ s desire toward us. Come on in, sit at the table that He has set for us before our enemies….. Rejoice, He is in our midst!

Yes, of course, 2+2=4 always. What would you do if you had  a teacher telling you or your children that what was written in the math books was wrong. The teacher kept teaching their own version of math. They ignoring the math books, made up their own math. Unheard of, right? Hmmmmm….

Well, I have a question for you? What is the Testimony of Jesus Christ?  Is the Testimony when He found you and saved you from your own path of destruction?

If the Lord returned today, would He find faith in His people? Would He find us allowing the Holy Spirit to bring out the Testimony of Jesus Christ to the fullest? Does He see the Holy Spirit in charge of His flock? Have we disciplined ourselves to know the discernment of His own Spirit within us to know His voice and His way?

Why did Jesus Christ come from the Father?  I know the fundamental reason was to save us from our sins, but there is some deeper purpose of the Father’s heart here, that we need to have illuminated to us.

When Jesus Christ walked the earth, He looked like any of us, except He knew Someone in the Highest Place. He revealed our Heavenly Father to us….. We never knew God as a Father prior to Jesus’s day on this earth…… Our Heavenly Father wanted us to know Him as Abba.  Jesus  told Philip in John 14;9, Have I been with you so long, and yet you have not known Me, Philip? He who has seen Me has seen the Father; so how can you say, Show us the Father?

Jesus Christ is our Savior. However, He was presented to our eyes and ears a Divine Nature in a man form. Jesus Christ was so different from us, but like us in humanity. But His ways and purpose were definitely heavenly directed. He was a Divine Deity in a man. The Second Person of the Trinity showing us God’s heart, His ways and His intention for mankind.

Jesus’ ways and words were and still are a puzzle to the natural man. That is the closed heaven or the veil of unbelief until we turn and believe in Jesus Christ as the Son of God and our Savior and King.

The  rift of sin and disobedience had a closed heaven that Jesus Christ came to open. So then there was little understanding of God so everyone did what was right in their own eyes….. Sort of like  believing that 2+2=5, well, because 2+2=4 is so closed minded. Selah!

Jesus came to set the standard again…. and His standard was high, way out of our reach. That is why He came as a Savior and King of Heaven, then to send to us His Holy Spirit to dwell in and with us….. Now His standard is or should be ours. What a King!!!!!

The scripture states in 1 John 5;10-12, He who believes in the Son of God has the witness in himself; he who does not believe God has made Him a liar, because he has not believed the testimony that God has given of His Son. And this is the testimony: that God has given us eternal life, and this life is in His Son. He who has the Son has life; he who does not have the Son of God does not have life.

It is also written in Revelation 19:10 as John was listening to a voice that came from the throne in heaven and….I fell at this feet to worship him. But he said to me, See that you do not do that! I am your fellow servant and of your brethren who have the testimony of Jesus. Worship God! For the testimony of Jesus Christ is the spirit of prophecy. 

I do not know how it has trickled down that our story of Jesus taking over our lives is the Testimony of Jesus Christ. I have scriptures to prove what is God’s witness. Our stories are great, however, they are dim to the shining of the glory of God and truth  that our words should testify.  The words that Jesus Christ spoke on this earth was the Testimony of our Heavenly Father. He always pointed to the kingdom of God or to our Heavenly Father….. He was reflecting His Father and soon to be ours! Peter and Paul had great testifying opportunities….. Their words spoke of the scriptures showing that Jesus Christ is the Christ and Son of God. The testimony is not about us, our testifying is and should be of Jesus Christ.

So as we start to read chapter 1 of the Book of Revelation, please meditate on the symbolism of the description of the presentation of the Great I Am……  His Holy Spirit now is given  to reign in and through us. He is our Light to the spiritual realm, as well as, the Holy Spirit  shows the world now Jesus Christ, through us…. Selah!

There are two steps that John spells out for us in  1 John 5;4-5, For whatever is born of God overcomes the world. And is the victory that has overcome the world- our faith. Who is he who overcomes the world, but he who believes that Jesus is the Son of God? This is number one- we  believe in Jesus Christ as the Son of God and only He can save us from our sins,  we also have been born again from heaven.

#2-1 John 5;6, This is He who came by water and blood- Jesus Christ; not only by water, but by water and blood. And it is the Spirit who bears witness, because the Spirit is truth.  John 14;16-17, And I will pray to the Father, and He will give you another Helper, that He may abide with you forever- the Spirit of truth, whom the world cannot receive, because it neither sees Him no knows Him, for He dwells with you and will be in you.

John 15;26, But when the Helper comes, whom I shall send to you from the Father, the Spirit of truth who proceeds from the Father, He will testify of Me.

So we can conclude that if we want to testify of Our Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ, we need God’s Spirit within us. We need Him to tell us what He hears from heaven and tell us of things to come…. as well as illuminate the ever growing revelation of our Lord Jesus Christ.

If you want to be baptized with fire as the first followers of Jesus, ask our Heavenly Father because Jesus Christ said in Luke 11;13, If you then, being evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your Heavenly Father give the Holy Spirit to those who ask Him!  Hey, Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today and forever- Hebrews 13;8. The Father and the Son still want their Spirit to be in and with us…Jesus stated in John 4;23, But the hour is coming, and now is, when the true worshipers will worship the Father in spirit and truth; for the Father is seeking such to worship Him.

So ask! Do not give up until you receive the Third Person of the Trinity who will be with you forever! Then we can do the work that comes from and through God and not work for God!  Huh?…… Selah!!
