Littlestone was riding as he loves to do on his mare, Aaliyah.
He was meditating on the knowledge which Jesus Christ is the Spirit of Prophecy as written in the book of the Revelation of Jesus Christ.
As written in Colossians, He will be all and in all. Everything that is not found in Him, will not be.
He has given us His Spirit which is our hope of glory.
He is our Redeemer, Healer, Provider, Refuge, Rescuer, Foundation, Life and Breath. He is our Banner, our righteousness. He is everything we will ever need and ever want…. There is no comparison to our King and God…. Praise is due Him forever!
All of Him to be in us and we abide in all of Him. He did not give us a smidgeon of Himself. He gave us His all.
He will be all and in all…… His body is complete in Him….. and by Him and for Him. We now give Him our all, gladly…. He loves te smiles on His children looking to Him. All eyes on Him.
We eat His flesh and drink His blood….. We partake and apprehend Him as all He is to us and can be to us, if we believe. We must know to believe. We must know Him. We have tasted and saw that the Lord is good…… We want more of You and He says COME UP HERE!
Many believers always speak of the fruit of His Spirit, but not many speak of the characteristics found about Holy Spirit.
Isaiah 11 wrote:
A shoot will come up from the stump of Jesse;
from his roots a Branch will bear fruit.
The Spirit of the Lord will rest on him—
the Spirit of wisdom and of understanding,
the Spirit of counsel and of might,
the Spirit of the knowledge and fear of the Lord—
and he will delight in the fear of the Lord.
He will not judge by what he sees with his eyes,
or decide by what he hears with his ears;
but with righteousness he will judge the needy,
with justice he will give decisions for the poor of the earth.
He will strike the earth with the rod of his mouth;
with the breath of his lips he will slay the wicked.
Righteousness will be his belt
and faithfulness the sash around his waist.
When we walk in His Spirit and are covered in His Spirit, we will learn of Him. His Word will be made as His strength in us. We learn only of His counsel and live by the fear of our Lord. He enlightens and opens the scriptures to us as they are alive as our King! For our King is the Word of God.
His might is in our DNA now, he thought as he cantered up to the hill to His meeting place.
The day was brisk and bright.
He was anxious to get to his place with his King.
He had a dream a couple of weeks ago where His Teacher gave Littlestone a piece of paper.
He saw the word- Spirit and the word- Truth written. Then columns for each word that line the rest of the page..
He was asked what are the characteristics of each.
In the dream, Littestone wrote down numerous characteristics.
But in his scheduled reading that day, was Isaiah 11, ( the above scripture).
He was told, this is now, how our Father is looking for worship in Spirit and Truth.
He woke up.
Since then, he has been finding in his studies all the characteristics of His Holy Spirit that are now indwelt in us.
Why?
We have His Promise, His Spirit within us…..Holy Spirit is illuminating the way of walking out the will of God in our earthly but spiritual- heavenly life now.
For this reason, since the day we heard about you, we have not stopped praying for you.
We continually ask God to fill you with the knowledge of his will through all the wisdom and understanding that the Spirit gives,
so that you may live a life worthy of the Lord and please him in every way: bearing fruit in every good work, growing in the knowledge of God,
being strengthened with all power according to his glorious might so that you may have great endurance and patience,
and giving joyful thanks to the Father, who has qualified you[ to share in the inheritance of his holy people in the kingdom of light.
For he has rescued us from the dominion of darkness and brought us into the kingdom of the Son he loves,
in whom we have redemption, the forgiveness of sins, as written in Colossians 1:9-14.
We cannot worship our Heavenly Father but in Spirit and Truth. We can try in and by our flesh.
But this is not His way. He wondered if it sounded like a wrong chord or a badly tuned instrument. Yuck.
Many people speak about the fruit of the Spirit but Littlestone never hears the words or teachings on the gifts of His Spirit’s giving. He gives to whom He chooses.
1 Corinthians 12:1-11:
Now concerning spiritual gifts,brothers,I do not want you to be uninformed.
You know that when you were pagans you were led astray to mute idols, however you were led.
Therefore I want you to understand that no one speaking in the Spirit of God ever says “Jesus is accursed!” and no one can say “Jesus is Lord” except in the Holy Spirit.
Now there are varieties of gifts, but the same Spirit;
and there are varieties of service, but the same Lord;
and there are varieties of activities, but it is the same God who empowers them all in everyone.
To each is given the manifestation of the Spirit for the common good.
For to one is given through the Spirit the utterance of wisdom,
and to another the utterance of knowledge according to the same Spirit,
to another faith by the same Spirit, to another gifts of healing by the one Spirit,
to another the working of miracles,
to another prophecy,
to another the ability to distinguish between spirits,
to another various kinds of tongues,
to another the interpretation of tongues.
All these are empowered by one and the same Spirit, who apportions to each one individually as he wills.
He just thought of the morning of Christmas and how the presents are wrapped nicely under the tree. No one will ever find a wrapped Christmas present left under a tree unless the person has not come to the house yet.
If we have come to Christ, we have come to His house and to dwell in His house, we must have Holy Spirit’s fire within us….. When He sees His fire as a hot coal within us, He watches closely for who He chooses for His gifts…… He is our Gift and Promise. He comes fully supplied to give gifts to whomever He chooses. These gifts are our counsel, wisdom and might….. These are characteristics of our God.
Why are we not pursuing the BEST GIFT we have ever been given…. Have we left Holy Spirit under the tree- so to speak?
Well, he continued speaking to his mare, but really to Holy Spirit. There are many believers that are trying to live His way without You, Holy Spirit. They do not receive You nor receive Your gifts. Mostly because they do not know they are even there for You to give. They think You do not do this anymore or they do not like the package of the one You chose to give Your gifts.
How can this be corrected? Sir? Will this be corrected?
His King spoke, many people perish for the lack of knowledge of I AM. My Gift that gives many gifts. They speak of My fruit of My Spirit but with out My Spirit, there can be no lasting fruit for only by My Spirit in My children will My work be completed. There is found in the flesh no good thing, though there are many still trying to prove they are good…… They have not yet died with Me so they cannot rise with Me in My new creation where My Spirit dwells abundantly and without measure.
They do not worship Me in My Spirit nor do they worship Me by My Word, for they never eat of My Word to know who I AM, but they call Me Lord and never do the thing I AM requests. I AM has spoken…. storms come to all, but those who do what I say and have My foundation firmly implanted in them. They will stand and be found standing…. My house is a house of prayer and stability and perserverance…. I AM will be found where My servant is and My servant will be found where I AM is.
Know Me, if you love Me, you know Me and will obey My commands, but if you do not know My commands and My ways, how can you worship Me? How can anyone know Me? Does not the world spend time with the ones they prefer? Where does I AM stand in thier hearts today?
Littlestone had hopped off and found a rock to sit on as he heard and wrote as fast as he could the words from His King.
Are men’s traditions the now worship? What is the way we know our worship to our Almighty God is of His Spirit and Truth?
His roots go deep inside the ground of a heart that seeks Him,…… Him alone.
He will be all and in all….. Where will we be?, Littlestone thought.
Do not leave until His presence confirms we are….. by fire! His fire will light all in His presence,…. In faces shining and hearts aglow for the Lord, we bow.
I, beseech, you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of od, that you present yourself as a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable to God, which is your reasonable service. And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is the good and acceptable and perfect will of God, (Romans 12 :1-2).
More to come, He is willing…. Now is the time to Worship in Spirit and Truth….
Time to come to His Summit….Sift our ways, before He does…
May He see us and say, look Father, there are the ones who glow in US. They are aliken to chips that are built into the Rock which is the Mount of God. Our children are made from God and not man…..His new creation in Christ Jesus.
